What is Oceania 2084?

Oceania 2084 is an asymmetric, adversarial role-playing game inspired by George Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty-Four." Set in a dystopian future, players resist an all-seeing regime, navigating social relationships, survival challenges, and moral choices. The game emphasizes narrative storytelling and human connection, with one player acting as "Big Brother" against the others. It blends roguelike elements and strategic resource management, focusing on moments of truth and defiance rather than traditional conflict resolution. The game also draws inspiration from works like "Brave New World" and "We," and features a customizable, unnamed city setting.
